Her team worked really hard to move us quickly through inspections despite some unusual circumstances that posed some delays. Despite being out of state during much of the process she kept us informed and maintained clear lines of communication. She has a wealth of contacts to assist with home buying, inspections and repairs. Kristin was extremely insightful during negotiations when we were in contract as well.
