Buying a home is intimidating, but buying a home sight unseen is downright terrifying. Thanks COVID! Kristin was recommended to me through a network of coworkers. After speaking with her she immediately took charge of the situation and became our eyes on the ground. We worked together to figure out the best way of viewing the homes, which for us was video chat on our phones.

I said she was our eyes one the ground, but really she handled all of the senses. She commented on strange smells, creaky floors, doors that were sticky, etc. She wasn't pushy, and quickly earned our trust. Kristin didn't sugarcoat anything to make a deal happen. If something wasn't right, she made sure we knew about it even if that meant starting back at square one. In this crazy market Kristin found us our dream home, and we are incredibly thankful that we found her.
