We have had the pleasure of working with Kristin twice now. Six years ago she skillfully guided us through the purchase of our first home in Martinez. She made the process easy and transparent, taking the time to teach us the steps of home buying. When our moving date plans fell through, Kristin showed up with pizza and a case of beer to help us pack. She kept in touch throughout the years, even when when we moved across the country. When we decided to sell our Martinez home this year, their was no doubt in our mind that we wanted Kristin to help us out. Like our previous experience with her, Kristin patiently guided us through the process. She hit the ground running and handled every aspect of selling our home, with skillful expertise, keeping us informed and educated with every step. She even took the time to have lunch with us while she was visiting family in Virginia where we are currently stationed. Where do I start... We are so extremely fortunate to have worked with Kristin during the sale of a home in the Walnut Creek area recently. The home and sale of which that we presented Kristin with was more than complicated being half way through a remodel, having city permit issues, multiple owners being myself and my siblings, lender items related to the property due to the remodel, etc. There was nothing easy about this home! I was the point person for our family in working with Kristin, I am not local, I live in Montana. I cannot express enough what a pleasure it was to work with Kristin who guided us through a not so simple home sale and I realize how different this could have gone without her having dealt with quite a few other realtors over the years. Excellent, excellent communication, follow up, and professionalism at every single step. She went above and beyond for us at every turn! Even after the sale and closing she continues to help or follow up on items that I would never expect her to. I don't typically write reviews but I do read them to be more informed in making an important decision such as selecting a realtor for the sale or purchase of a home. Five stars are simply not enough in describing the experience we had in working with Kristin!

Kristin helped us sell our Walnut Creek condo last week. We live 4 hours away and she managed everything beautifully. Kristin handled the sale of our home in an expert and professional manner. Her energetic and tireless efforts enabled us to sell our property during the Covid-19 pandemic. She worked closely with the buyer's mortgage broker to ensure the myriad of new requirements and administrative hurdles were overcome and the property closed. Her market savvy and detailed analysis allowed us to set a new sales price high for the complex.....and her support, guidance, and communications during the entire process were superlative. She was instrumental to the successful sale of our home!

Kristin was an amazing partner during our move to the Walnut Creek / Lamorinda area from out of state. Kristin easily worked with our loan broker and insurance representative. Her team worked really hard to move us quickly through inspections despite some unusual circumstances that posed some delays. Despite being out of state during much of the process she kept us informed and maintained clear lines of communication. She has a wealth of contacts to assist with home buying, inspections and repairs. Kristin was extremely insightful during negotiations when we were in contract as well. And... she is a pleasure to work with. We knew she had our best interests at heart.

From the very first contact with Kristin over a year ago, we knew that she had strong industry insight, knowledge of East Bay neighborhoods, and the communication skills to help us both buy and sell our current homes. The whole process was simplified by transparent timelines and keeping us in the loop throughout a tricky process. Kristin helped me search for a Walnut Creek condo, to be occupied by my young son and his mother. Kristin has more than a decade of experience in that part of the East Bay, and it paid off time after time for us. She's an absolute dynamo. Whenever I told her I feared I was asking her to do too much, her cheerful answer was, "It's my job!" She was always available, and her advice was invariably on the mark. I closed last week on the property I wanted. And, truth be told, I'll miss interacting with Kristin.

Kristen came recommended by a friend who tried to find me a successful realtor in the Bay Area. She is very professional, knew exactly what she was doing. Was in constant communication with me throughout the whole escrow process. Was able to command 100k over asking with many back up offers. Kristin was able to handle any curve ball that came our way. Our house was listed during the shelter in place for COVID19 and Kristin used every tool to market our home safely. We were on the market less than one month before we got an offer, even during these crazy times. Kristin is great to work with and a realtor you can rely on.
