I used Kristin to sell my property as part of relocation. She was very informative and provided great advice during our transition as the relocation process can be a bit tricky at times. She did a great job on setting our expectations (which were exceeded) and providing advice on how to move the process forward when we encountered obstacles which were due to the relocation company. As for the selling process and managing that aspect she is truly a professional and knows what is the best path for each case. She was very communicative throughout the process and gave us excellent advice on staging and what would be the best path to manage showings given we have a toddler. Kristin has been an amazing realtor for two transactions. She was amazing and did a superb job when I purchased my house 2 years ago. While I was stationed in Hawaii, Kristin went the extra mile to assist me in finding a home and even did FaceTime showings to aide me in making a decision. Based on her effort when I bought, I had an easy decision to make when I needed to sell my home due to being transferred to a new duty station. As soon as I contacted Kristin, she responded with a detailed plan on how to move forward to ensure a smooth and expedient home sell. her recommendations were spot on and her knowledge of the market is second to none. I initially balked at some of the recommendations, which I was completely wrong about, and eventually acquiesced. The end result was a home that was only on the market for 3 days because we had set the review date for three days. The home ended up selling for over 5% above asking with the buyer noting many of the recommendations that Kristin had made as being major reasons they liked my home. Throughout the process Kristin was always available and ensured that I was comfortable with the progression through escrow as well as ensuring that I was getting the best deal possible. Her ability to refer house cleaners, inspection personnel, and contractors for repairs literally made her a one stop shop for everything needed to ensure I was able to sell my house. My only regret now is that she will not be available in Seattle to help me find my new home. I would not hesitate to use Kristin again should I come back to the Bay Area to purchase a home.

Kristin listed/sold our condominium in less than a week and was with us for the purchase of our new home less than a month later. She was extremely dedicated, we would find a home, call her and she'd have it lined up so we could look at often that same day. When my wife and I chose a home, Kristin again, had our best interest in mind and got us a price I had thought might not have been possible. Day or night she was in communication with us during the buying process helping calm our nerves. During the closing process she had all the inspections lined up, we didn't need to make a single phone call. After the purchase we wanted to do some renovations to make our new home ours, Kristin had a Contractor reference which we used and are now sitting in our new home loving it! One thing which may or may not seem like a big deal to some but was huge for me was how we communicated. She is more than willing to take a phone call or email but often things were happening while I was at work or while my wife was at work, sometimes early or late and often when my wife or I couldn't take a phone call or reply via email but could text. I found that to be a huge relief, if we needed something and couldn't call, a text was all it took and she'd get it done. If we'd see a house we wanted to look at, we could text a link and she would go to work. With both my wife and I being the working parents of two young girls, what might seem like a small detail really made a huge difference! Selling and buying a home is bitter sweet, there's lots of excitement in seeing your home sell and knowing new things are on the horizon but the details and sometimes stress behind it all are unknown until you are knee deep in it.
